Accesslife America's Impact
We at ALA believe in a world in which no child is separated from their family by resource constraints during the course of their battle against cancer. ALA supports low-income families with nutritious food, safe and clean accommodation, convenient transportation, and a community they can lean on for support.
This allows caregivers to devote their energy to staying emotionally grounded and present in supporting their child fighting cancer. ALA has a dedicated infrastructure in place to support patients and their caregivers:
9 centers throughout Pan India provide hygienic accommodation for families
Spacious rooms across all centers give each family the much needed space to rest and recuperate
Basic food provisions and kitchen for families to cook and feed themselves
Transportation vehicles across all centers provide transportation services between the centers and the hospitals
